A former state fish farm transformed into a leisure area...

Le Domaine de Neuville is a 12-hectare former state fish farm. Dating back to 1890, this green setting was, at the time, the largest fish farm in France dedicated to trout farming, supplying all the waterways in the country with fish bred on site.

Now owned by the Lauriane and Yohan Colas family, Le Domaine de Neuville opened its doors to fishing and nature lovers in March 2022. The project also required several months of work: landscaping the shores, completely emptying the ponds, creating a car park to welcome visitors, redesigning the banks, etc.

As well as trout and predator fishing, visitors to the Le Domaine de Neuville can see black swans, but also donkeys, sheep and emus.

2024 will be a milestone year for Le Domaine de Neuville, as it now offers, in addition to its fishing activities, floating ecolodges, a wellness area and a Champagne bar. An incredible site that can be privatised and used to organise a wide range of private events (weddings, birthdays) or professional events (team-building, social days).

A word from the owners

« Welcome to Le Domaine de Neuville! In love with this place, we are launching a project in 2021 to set up unusual floating accommodation. Our estate was bought by our grandparents, Nicole and Jackie Charlier, in 1999. Over the years, they have managed to embellish it while preserving it. We do our utmost to preserve it in this way and make it unique.

Our aim is to share this magical place with you by creating living spaces and facilities that blend in perfectly with the site without spoiling it (ecolodges, marquee, fishing, wellness area, etc.).

Above all, we want you to experience memorable moments in a unique place, which will complete your travel experience. And we are delighted to offer you the chance to stay on a unique and exceptional estate in total tranquillity. You will be totally enchanted by the experience. We will welcome you in a friendly and cheerful manner, so that you leave with a smile and satisfied with your stay.

Looking forward to seeing you, »

Lauriane and Yohan Colas
