These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of services offered by Domaine de Neuville.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of Products or Services made through the Company’s website and are an integral part of the Contract between the Buyer and the Seller. They are fully binding on the Buyer who accepted them before placing the order.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these at any time by publishing a new version on its website. The applicable GTC will be those in effect at the time of payment (or the first payment in the case of multiple payments) of the order.
The Company also ensures that their acceptance is clear and unconditional by implementing a checkbox and a validation click. The Client declares that they have read all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and where applicable, the Specific Terms and Conditions related to a product or service, and accepts them without restriction or reservation.
The Client acknowledges having received the necessary advice and information to ensure the suitability of the offer for their needs.
The Client declares that they are legally capable of contracting under French law or are validly representing the physical or legal person they are committing on behalf of.
Unless proven otherwise, the information recorded by the Company constitutes proof of all transactions.
Payment is required immediately upon ordering, including for pre-ordered products. Once the payment is initiated by the Client, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information. In accordance with the provisions of the French Monetary and Financial Code, the payment commitment given by card is irrevocable. By providing their banking information at the time of sale, the Client authorizes the Seller to debit their card for the amount corresponding to the price indicated. The Client confirms that they are the legal holder of the card to be debited and are legally authorized to use it. In case of error or inability to debit the card, the Sale is immediately resolved by operation of law, and the order is canceled.
Prices are displayed all taxes included with breakfasts for 2 people.
Our prices are subject to change depending on economic conditions or regulatory provisions. Tourist taxes are included. Only the price appearing on your reservation voucher or other confirmation letter is binding. Important: if, for whatever reason, there should be a price difference between the scheduled date of the stay and the postponed date, you will have to pay the difference.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 1127-1 of the Civil Code, the Client must follow a series of steps to conclude the contract electronically in order to complete their order: Information on the essential characteristics of the Product; Product choice, if applicable, its options – Indication of the Client’s essential details (identification, email, address…); Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale; Verification of the order details (double-click procedure) and, if necessary, correction of errors. Before confirming, the Buyer has the opportunity to verify the details of their order, the price, and correct any errors or cancel the order. Confirmation of the order will constitute the formation of this contract. Then, follow the instructions for payment, payment for the products, and the collection or delivery of the order. The Client will receive confirmation by email of the payment and an acknowledgment of receipt of the order confirming it.
The Client will have the opportunity during the ordering process to identify any errors made in entering data and to correct them. The language proposed for concluding the contract is French.
The archiving of communications, orders, order details, and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium to constitute a faithful and lasting copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1360 of the Civil Code. These pieces of information may be produced as evidence of the contract.
For delivered products, delivery will be made to the address provided by the Client. To ensure the proper completion of the order, the Client agrees to provide truthful identification information. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the order, for example, for any abnormal request, made in bad faith, or for any legitimate reason.
