Breakfast delivered to the apartment is included in the overnight rate for two people, featuring fresh, local produce. A €15 supplement will be charged for each additional person. Tourist tax included.
Special weekday rate: For any reservation during the week, from Monday to Thursday evening, a 10% discount will be applied.

Around the three side-by-side ponds depending on the season and offered to our lodge guests, without any additional charge. Fishing is prohibited from the accommodation's terrace.

We offer car pickup at Dormans train station, located 15 minutes from the estate, at no extra charge. To pick you up at Reims train station (Centre or Bézannes), located 30 minutes away, we charge a €20 surcharge per one-way trip.
Mosquitoes: Don't worry, you won't be devoured by mosquitoes because our waters are not stagnant.
